Glenn Spiller, Founder/President

Glenn Spiller is President & Founder of Yooj Solutions, Inc., a commercial real estate advisory firm providing services and resources to proven developers, investment groups, financial institutions and various professionals within the real estate industry. Mr. Spiller has more than thirty of years of business ownership and management experience, beginning his entrepreneurial career as a founding partner of a home healthcare company serving the New York tri-state area and developing it into the largest regional provider. The company was acquired by Kohlberg & Co., and then subsequently by Air Products (NYSE: APD). Having been raised in rent-subsidized housing in The Bronx, Mr. Spiller is continually inspired to play a role in the promotion and creation of quality affordable housing and enhancement of various metropolitan communities. He has facilitated over a billion dollars in commercial real estate transactions in New York and nationally. Mr. Spiller earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the Stony Brook University. He lives in Long Island, NY with his wife and two children.
