Yooj Solutions personnel will access information about applicant when they are maintaining applicant's account or assisting applicant with an inquiry; or if they are using the information to determine if applicant is eligible for additional services offered by Yooj Solutions or its affiliates. In certain circumstances, we may share certain information regarding applicant with its corporate affiliates, unaffiliated third parties and reputable credit reporting agencies.

We do not reveal personally identifiable applicant information with corporate affiliates, affiliated third party lenders or unaffiliated third parties unless (a) such information is provided to assist applicant in a transaction, such as obtaining financing for lease, (b) applicant requests it, (c) the disclosure is required by law, or (d) we have informed you that we intend to make such a disclosure for marketing or other purposes and applicant has the opportunity to decline or "opt out" before we disclose the information. When applicant does not "opt out" or decline, we require those with access to your personal information to follow all laws and regulations regarding such information.

We must sometimes provide information about our customers to credit bureaus. We provide information only to the most reputable credit bureaus, and only as allowed by law. When we request the information from a credit bureau, such request will be noted on the credit histories of the company or person that is the subject of such report.
