Glenn Spiller, President & Founder, has more than twenty years of business ownership and management experience. Mr. Spiller began his entrepreneurial career as a founding partner of A & J Care, Inc., a home healthcare equipment company serving the Greater New York area. He and his partners developed the business to become the largest regional provider, according to industry measures. The company was acquired by Kolberg & Co., then subsequently by Air Products Healthcare (NYSE: APD). Mr. Spiller’s understanding of the benefits of lease financing came first-hand, as a lessee, through the use of such a funding option to acquire needed equipment and manage the burgeoning growth of his business. He imbues this intimate experience into the culture and mission of Yooj Solutions to engender trust within, and bring value to, both client and vendor relationships. Mr. Spiller earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the State University of New York at Stony Brook. 

Mr. Spiller has taken on volunteer leadership roles in support of causes to which he is committed, including The National Multiple Sclerosis Society, Momentum Education (personal & professional experiential development), Stony Brook Ambulance Corp., and Midway Center (Vice President and Board of Trustee Member). 

Mr. Spiller resides in Long Island, New York with his wife Hope, and children, Maxwell and Ashley.
